The agreed scope, price and timing of the service will be confirmed before work commences.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, reasonable access to the property and notifying F & L Carpet Cleaning of any known damage, delicate materials or areas of concern before work commences.
Please be aware that cleaning outcomes may vary depending on the age, material and condition of the item being cleaned, as well as the type and severity of stains, odours or pre-existing damage.
Payment is due on completion by EFTPOS, or by invoice and bank transfer where agreed.
